Editorial principles

Clear attribution, traceable updates and an editorial decision before publication.

Publication

The public website displays published WordPress articles. Drafts, pending posts, private posts and future-dated articles are not available on public article pages.

Attribution

Published reports display the credited author and publication date supplied by the content management system. Photographs should include appropriate attribution when supplied by the editor.

Updates and corrections

Where a published report is substantively corrected, readers should be able to identify the correction on the article. See our corrections page for how to raise a concern.

Advertising

Advertisements must be distinguishable from editorial reporting. Advertising enquiries do not grant editorial publishing permissions.
