Dassault Systèmes increased its full-year 2026 revenue and operating-margin targets on October 28 after reporting a 5% increase in third-quarter revenue to approximately €1.55 billion.

The French industrial and life-sciences software company now expects annual revenue growth of 4% to 5%, compared with its previous range of 3% to 5%. Its new non-IFRS operating-margin objective is 32.5% to 32.7%, up from 32.2% to 32.6%. These are forecasts rather than results already achieved.

Third-quarter non-IFRS operating income reached approximately €490 million and the corresponding margin increased to 31.6%, from 30.1% a year earlier. The company reported 25% growth in 3DEXPERIENCE software revenue and 14% growth in cloud software revenue, indicating stronger demand in parts of its portfolio.

Dassault also highlighted its completed acquisition of ArisGlobal and plans to integrate the acquired life-sciences software capabilities with its existing offerings. The acquisition closed in September and is expected to contribute to fourth-quarter growth.

The group develops software used for product design, simulation, manufacturing and scientific workflows. Its upgraded targets follow a period of slower growth, although future results remain dependent on customer spending and execution.
